[The Challenge]

Real Estate Marketing is Broken

Italian real estate agents spend countless hours on repetitive marketing tasks: writing property descriptions, formatting ads for multiple portals (Immobiliare.it, Casa.it, Idealista), posting on social media, and manually managing leads. This time-consuming process leads to inconsistent quality, missed opportunities, and burnout.

I saw an opportunity to apply AI automation to solve these pain points—enabling agents to focus on what they do best: closing deals. The vision: create a "full AI marketing office" that handles everything from listing creation to lead qualification.

Three-Step Automation Workflow

I designed Realia around a simple, powerful workflow: Upload property once → Publish everywhere instantly → Let AI manage and convert leads. By training AI models on thousands of high-performing property ads, the platform generates SEO-optimized descriptions tailored for each portal and social channel.

The mobile-first interface allows agents to create complete listings in seconds, export to major Italian portals with one click, and manage leads through WhatsApp Business integration—all from a centralized dashboard.
